Happy Saturday Night
What is everyone unto tonight?
I've been bust taking photos and knitting tonight. I wanted to make some of the knitted headbands for myself.
I have arthritis pretty bad and if i get cold it can be pretty painful, i love these headbands as they keep the top of my head, my ears and most importantly the nape of my neck nice and warm. I started making these about 7 years ago and they really do make a difference.
I get them knitted usually and i think oooh that's lovely i will pop that in my store so today and tomorrow is about making some for myself for this winter!

This kit contains: (measurements are approx)
60x140cm of gorgeous scottie dog fabric
7 lengths of ribbon - 1m of each one in complimentary colours of the fabric and threads
5 skeins of Embroidery thread in complimentary colours of the fabric and ribbons

I love this design and the colours, there are so many free templates available on-line rather than putting a specific kit together with my templates i thought i would love the end design up to your creative mind and just source some fab fabric with matching ribbons and threads
This kit was put together with home decor projects in min such as aprons, cushions, fabric decorations; such as hanging ornaments, door stops, tablet cases, shopping bags etc....
The fabric, threads and ribbons together may be washed on a delicate 30 washing machine cycle or for product longevity hand wash but please read other products washing instructions such as toy stuffing etc... as they may be non-washable
I am hoping to create a plethora of crafting kits for my shop, follow/ like me on Facebook for inspiration, more photos of the kits, special offers and updates to new product releases

Or if you need this kit customising to include extra materials such as needles, water soluble pens, templates - i kept this kit quite to the bare essentials so it was suitable for both hand and machine sewers

;-)) asked me to create a little selection kit for her as i sell aspects of jewellery making items in my Etsy shop. Zoe wanted to try jewellery making but didn't want to shell out a lot of money to see if she liked it... and i'm pleased to say she loved it, it got me thinking as i have only really listed single items before such as bead strands, books, tools and wires so I have made up some little kits for my shop

Any feedback would be awesome, i plan on making a few for different budgets i have 2 live at the moment 1 for £9.99 and 1 for £14.99 but plan on doing a few different price points.

I'm loving this duo combination of Yarns
I have had one of those fabulous Crafty Days when i have done everything i set out to do
I got all my jobs done this morning, did a bit of marketing. Made a couple of cards then this afternoon i got out my knitting needles
Grey and White Furry super stretchy and chunky headband / Earwarmers have been double stranded knitted with James C Brett Faux Fur and Stylecraft Nordic Super Chunky Yarn which makes it super thick and furry and luxurious!
This is so fluffy and soft and very stylish. The combination of these two awesome yarns is so beautiful, i hope this comes across in the photos. This headband has used quite expensive yarns which is why this is a little bit more expensive. But as my Mother say's .... YOU get what you pay for!

This is an up cycled NEW vintage edition Jute bag
This is a NEW plain jute bag that i have hand decorated with hand-cut felt to Make a Santa Claus, i have also made the red felt rolled roses with pearl bead centres.
Perfect for taking shopping or using as a gift bag for someone special! or put their Christmas Gifts in
The measurements of the bag are
42x 30cm x 19cm (height inc. handles)
The santa has all been hand cut from felt and hand stitched.
I have also added a magnetic clasp to the bag to keep it closed at the top
