GLUTEN FREE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES


INGREDIENTS

  • 260 g crunchy peanut butter
  • 220 g brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon 
                                  METHOD
  • 1. Preheat oven to 180C / Gas 4. Mix all ingredients into a bowl. 

    2. Spoon small tablespoon sized balls onto two lined baking trays. 

    3. Slightly flatten with a fork, crisscross style. 

    4. Bake for 8 minutes, or until a thin crust forms on the cookie.                           5. Turn out onto a metal rack and allow to cool                                                    6. Enjoy
