Print and cut out images, using craft knife and cutting mat for delicate areas. Ink edges with coordinating ink pad or marker for a finished look. Apply largest image to card stock with runner adhesive. Apply other image layers with foam tape cut into small pieces for 3D effect.
Add sentiment in desired location. Add crystal gems or other embellishments as desired. Add organza ribbon to left of image.
